Welcome to Campurchase. By using our marketplace you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use Campurchase

You must be a verified student or a member of a partner campus community. One account per person.

2. Buying and selling

You are responsible for the accuracy of every listing you post. Prohibited items include:

• Weapons, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
• Counterfeit goods and pirated media.
• Anything that violates your campus code of conduct or Indian law.

3. Payments and handoffs

Campurchase does not currently process payments. All transactions happen offline between students. Meet in safe on-campus locations.

4. Community standards

Be kind. Harassment, scams, and hate speech will result in immediate removal from Campurchase. You can report listings and messages from the app.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant Campurchase a license to display, cache, and moderate it within the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account any time from Settings.
